A New Year Begins!!

Hey, everyone!

For those returning back to campus, welcome back- you’re that much closer to graduating! And for those of you visiting this page, University, or club for the first time, then welcome to the Storrs campus of UConn and we hope syllabus week was good to you all!

This Wednesday, September 3^rd, the fall Student Involvement Fair will take place on Fairfield Way (or inside of the Greer Field House if the forecast doesn’t hold up). This annual event takes place between 2 and 7 PM and allows for interested students to learn more about what each club can offer them and what exactly they might entail.

If you are new and interested in joining the club, then please put your name down on the sign-up sheets we will have at our table, and we will see you at our first practice for everyone. If you would rather not place your name down and just check the club out first, then still feel free to come to our first practice and try out the sport to see if you get the feel for it!

Our first practice for everyone/newcomers for the semester will be Sunday, September 7^th, from 11AM-1PM. [Note this difference in practice time to our typical scheduled practices!!! For this Sunday only will we participate at the Hawley Armory at this time, the normal time for the rest of the Sundays for the semester will be from 9AM to 11AM.]

For UCFC officers and returning members, the first meeting will take place Thursday, September 4^th, from 9PM-11PM in the Hawley Armory.
